3. 4 cells per cage,size of a single cell: (L*W*H) 500*560*576mm , size of one cage:(L*W*H)2000*560*576mm

4. Tiers of a single breeding line:4 tiers,it certainly can be 4--8 tiers accoding to your requests

5. Chicken quantity per cage (7 pcs of chicken per) : 7 pcs/cell * 4 cells/cage = 28 pcs.

6. If the breeding line is 4 tiers, chicken quantity per set: 28 pcs/cage * 4 tiers * 2 sides = 224 pcs

7.Poultry's excrement can be removed automatically by Manure Removal Belt which is improted from Italy.

8.Eggs are also collected automatically by the Egg-collecting System.

9. Automatic Feeding hoppers are equipped in the breeding line.

10.Automatic nipple drinkers are inlcuded in the equipment

Specifications

1	For H type raising equipment:  7 birds in one cell (cell dimension 500*560*576).   There are 4 cells in one cage (cage dimension: 2250*600*576).   So there are 7*4=28 birds in one cage.   There are two cages on each tier(BACK TO BACK), so total quantity/ tier is 28*2=56birds.  Living area/ bird= 500mm*560mm/7=466.7 cm2;   Feeding trough length/ bird: 500mm/7=71.4mm.
2	For Model  HF-H-L-4220 :    There are 4 tiers in one cage group.  There is 56*4=224birds/ cage group (Cage group dimension: length   2000mm, width 1430mm, height 2860mm).  For Model  HF-H-L-5280 :    There are 5 tiers in one cage group.  There is 56*5=280 birds/ cage group (Cage group dimension: length  2000mm, width 1430mm, height 3436mm).  For Model   HF-H-L-6340 :    There are 6 tiers in one cage group.  There is 56*6= 336 birds/ cage group (Cage group dimension: length  2000mm, width 1430mm, height 4012mm).
3	For birds house Length100m * Width13m (total 4 rows, 40 cage group /row),   If use HF-H-L-4220, birds quantity could be 38,400. (Height of birds house 4m)   If use  HF-H-L-5280, birds quantity could be 48,000. (Height of birds house 4.5m)   If use  HF-H-L-6340, birds quantity could be 57,600. (Height of birds house 5.0m)
